MDE NATIONAL AND GLOBAL LEADERSHIP AGENDA
The MDE LEADERSHIP AGENDA has purposed to create hope and eliminate desperation in our world through UNITING WOMEN in prayer, service and advocacy. We believe in the power of God’s word together with strategic alliances to maximize women’s capacity for influence and transformation.
This leadership agenda will ignite flames of hope and healing in our world through the Biblical values of love, integrity, perseverance, excellence, service and unity to guide effective prayer, empower compassionate service and increase a vital advocacy voice.
The women of faith who are willing to grow in personal leadership, relational connections and organizational networking, will be effective drivers of change in 12 key areas of society: intercessors, health, women, economy, family, political leaders, mass media, education, community, artists, security and spiritual leadership.
The testimony of God’s great goodness and love working in our lives, families, communities and nations will grow as we join together to make a difference. MDE’s NATONAL AND GLOBAL LEADERSHIP AGENDA will empower and connect women through commitment in:

This agenda will establish an ongoing opportunity for women of every generation to come together and join forces with a single-hearted purpose to face societies current challenges with faith and perseverance to eliminate desperation in our world. MDE has purposed to inspire challenge and unite generations, denominations and different ministries in favor of the most challenged of our times through engaging their leadership in prayer service and advocacy.

Surround our nations leaders in intercession, health, women, economy, family, political leaders, mass media, education, community, artists, security and spiritual leadership with your divine protection guidance and power to be true givers of hope. 1.) PERSONAL GROWTH: WEEKLY- individual personal Bible study for effective intercessory prayer following the MDE monthly prayer guide
2.) COMMUNITY CONNECTION: MONTHLY- pray together with another person / (s) or group ________________ (indicate the date and time) for one hour of prayer for national and global leadership
3.) ORGANIZATIONAL NETWORKING: YEARLY – join with an organization (s) and lead in corporate prayer for global affairs and national leaders.

Inspired by Esperanza, our parent organization’s Matthew 25 mandate, we believe that if we unite our efforts freely giving of our time, talent and treasure we will experience extraordinary changes in our society.
Lord, make us one through your love and power. We ask that you fill all national and global leaders with wisdom to do right to restore suffering lives who have no hope of a better future. We ask you to give compassion, strength and courage to carry out actions to resolve the great challenges of today. Move the hearts of leaders in intercession, health, women, economy, family, politics, mass media, education, community, artists, security and spiritual leaders to compassionately serve the nation just as Dorcus did so graciously. Lord, please reign in each life with love, integrity, perseverance, excellence, a spirit of service and unity to inspire and guide the actions of volunteers to bring dignity to the people they serve. ORGANIZATIONAL NETWORKING: YEARLY- join with an organization (s) and lead in voluntary community service to improve conditions in the Hispanic communities nationally a/o globally.

1.) PERSONAL GROWTH: WEEKLY- get informed, trained and prepared to speak with local community leaders on behalf of children, teens and the elderly who have unusual and difficult daily needs and struggles. Be persistent to make a difference in their lives.
2.) COMMUNITY CONNECTION: MONTHLY- together with another person / (s) or group ________________ (indicate the date and time) visit or communicate with my city a/o state political, businesses and/or spiritual leaders to advocate for change and support in favor of those in greatest need.
3.) ORGANIZATIONAL NETWORKING: YEARLY- join with an organization (s) to participate in the leadership of an event or campaign for desperate and urgent national and/or global women’s needs and affairs.
