Esperanza Cyber Charter School (ECCS) hosted the graduation ceremony for a group of “future leaders and world changers” along with family, friends and faculty last Friday, June 16 at Esperanza Center.
Commencement speaker, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools, Ana Meyers spoke about her immigrant story and how in Brazil she may children do not have the same opportunities to be educated. “All children deserve equal access to a quality education,” Meyers said.
The ECCS creates an educational experience tailored to the needs of the student. The cyber school is an excellent option for students who are struggling in the public school system, are returning to school after dropping out, would benefit from the “anytime, anywhere” approach to education, or are looking for an individual plan to graduation.
The ceremony was followed by snacks and a fun photo booth for the invitees to celebrate. For more information visit EsperanzaCyber.org
