Thank you Wells Fargo for the nearly 2 million dollars in donations to Esperanza over the years!
Wells Fargo announced $500,000 in grants and tax credits to Esperanza which are intended to boost community programs and strengthen the Philadelphia community. $100,000 of the grant comes from the Wells Fargo’s LIFT program first launched in 2012 and expanded in 2016. Wells Fargo’s LIFT programs – with down payment assistance grants and homebuyer education – helped create more than 660 homeowners in Philadelphia.
The NeighborhoodLIFT Funds will be used for the Esperanza Performing Arts, Media and Technology Center while other funds, including a $300,000 tax credit, will go toward a variety of housing counselling and neighborhood revitalization projects. “
