Topics covered: advantages and disadvantages of homeownership, how to manage money and credit, how to shop for a home, how to obtain financing, parties/ documentation involved in the transaction, Fair housing, predatory lending and how to maintain a home after purchase.
Rental Workshop
Rental workshop provides education on tenant and Landlord responsibilities, Fair Housing laws and other issues related to before and after renting.
