Presented by Esperanza College of Eastern University and Vanguard Strong Start for Kids™, the 2023 conference will empower those interested in or active practitioners within the Early Childhood Education space, including local centers, to incorporate culturally responsive and other strategies to address the needs of our children in a post pandemic society.
