Will Robalino  

Chief Financial Officer

Will Robalino is Chief Financial Officer of Esperanza, where he leads the organization’s finance and accounting in support of Esperanza’s mission to advance education, economic development, and community impact. In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership and the Board on operational strategy to strengthen financial stewardship, drive long-term sustainability, and align financial resources with programmatic priorities across a complex, multi-entity organization.

He oversees all financial operations for Esperanza and its affiliated entities, including budgeting and forecasting, audit and compliance, treasury, grants finance, and enterprise-wide financial reporting. Mr. Robalino is currently leading a comprehensive finance transformation focused on modernizing systems, strengthening internal controls, enhancing data transparency, and improving cross-departmental collaboration with Development, Operations, and Academic leadership. This work is designed to ensure financial insights meaningfully inform strategic decision-making and support scalable, mission-driven growth.
Prior to joining Esperanza, Mr. Robalino held senior finance and operations leadership roles across both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. His corporate experience includes leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, and UBS, where he managed complex financial operations, large-scale reporting environments, and enterprise-level transformations. He later applied this expertise in mission-driven organizations, bringing disciplined financial management and strategic rigor to nonprofits focused on education, community development, and social impact.

Mr. Robalino brings more than 25 years of experience as a finance executive and is known for building high-performing teams, modernizing finance functions, and successfully managing organizational change while maintaining strong fiscal discipline. He is deeply committed to leveraging his financial expertise to support organizations that expand opportunity for children, families, and communities.

Mr. Robalino holds degrees from Pace University and New York University, and he believes that strong financial stewardship is foundational to advancing mission, equity, and long-term community impact.
