As the end of the year is approaching we want to express how grateful we are for the support you have offered us as we continue to serve families in need in Hunting Park and across our region.
Together, we have accomplished so much in 2018. We celebrated with over 500 faith and community leaders from across the political spectrum at the National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast and Conference. We convened more than 175 leaders and students in STEM fields at the 2018 Esperanza College Minorities in Health Sciences Symposium. And we have been busy planting trees in our neighborhood to build healthier blocks for all.
