Jael Conde is a dynamic bilingual marketing leader with a track record of executing innovative campaigns that yield impactful results. Before her current role, she spent nine years as the Director of Community Marketing at Mendoza Group. She also served as Marketing Director for El Zol Radio 97.1 FM in Philadelphia and Social Media Director for El Sol Latino newspaper. Additionally, she has international experience as a Regional Sales Director for National Coffee Park and Panaca in her native Colombia. 

Renowned for her skill in crafting and executing far-reaching promotional campaigns across diverse platforms—from concerts to media events, Jael has a talent for developing creative strategies that connect brands with diverse consumer markets. 

Educationally, Jael is an alumnus of Rutgers University and holds a master’s degree in management and marketing from Harvard University Extension School. She has also undergone professional development in social media marketing at the Harvard University Division of Continuing Education and completed the Disney Institute’s Approach to Leadership Excellence program. 

Throughout her career, Jael has received numerous accolades, including multiple recognitions from the Philadelphia City Council, several Health Insurance Marketplace Circle of Champions awards, a Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasting Award for excellence, and a Civilian of the Year award from the Mount Laurel Police Department in New Jersey. Her most recent honors include the 2021 AL DÍA 40 Under Forty Award, the 10 Under 40 Emerging Leaders – Power 100 Who’s Who in Latino Pennsylvania 2022, and the 2023 Great Diamond Professional Woman Award from the ExpoFe USA Latino Diamond Awards. Jael recently received a special commendation from the New Jersey City Council for her exceptional leadership and service to the Hispanic Leadership Association of New Jersey (HLANJ). 

Jael is an active volunteer, serving as a crew member for Anthony Robbins Research International at events across the country. She previously served on the board of the Hispanic Leadership Association of New Jersey for over four years. 

Currently, Jael is the Marketing Director of the Latin American Book Fair and serves as lead strategist for marketing and public relations for the Pennsylvania Latino Convention Organizing Committee. She is also part of the organizing committees for the Pennsylvania Latino Women Conference and serves on the board of Acción Colombia. 

In addition, Jael was also appointed to Mayor Cherelle Parker’s Transition Team, where she served on the Subcommittee for Commerce & Economic Development.
