Last month, Esperanza came together to recognize two remarkable leaders whose dedication has profoundly shaped our mission and community.
We proudly honored Rev. Bonnie Camarda, our former Board Chair, for over 26 years of faithful service and visionary leadership. As Divisional Director of Partnerships for The Salvation Army Eastern Pennsylvania & Delaware Division, Rev. Bonnie’s compassion, wisdom, and tireless advocacy have transformed countless lives and uplifted families across our community. Her enduring commitment continues to be a guiding light for all of us at Esperanza.
At the same time, we express our sincere gratitude to Ron C. Gilg, who concluded over 15 years of dedicated service on Esperanza’s Board of Directors. Ron has been a steady presence and trusted advisor, offering clarity, compassion, and a strong dedication to advancing the Hispanic community. His passion for the growth and success of Esperanza and its staff has left a meaningful mark on our mission.
While we will miss their voices around the table, the contributions of Rev. Bonnie and Ron will continue to inspire and guide us as we move forward.
