Esperanza Stands with the People of Puerto Rico

#EsperanzaNews

The Esperanza family is deeply saddened by the devastation Hurricane Maria has brought to Puerto Rico and other areas of the Caribbean. Our thoughts, prayers, and support are with those who are struggling, along with their families and loved ones. We remain committed to loving and helping our neighbors in their time of greatest need.

We believe it is crucial to come together to provide the necessary resources to sustain lives and rebuild the futures of those affected by this crisis. Therefore, we are actively working with the Latino community of Philadelphia to support humanitarian aid efforts for Puerto Rico, and we will continue to share information and resources as they become available. Should you or someone you know be trying to get in touch with a loved one on the island, The Federal Affairs Administration has provided the following guidance:

The Federal Affairs Administration asks that people email the island’s disaster relief team here: maria1@prfaa.pr.gov with pertinent details about family members and return contact information. Only one email should be sent in order to control the volume. People can also call the office in Washington DC at 202-800-3133 or 202-778-0710.
