Este martes la organización Esperanza dio comienzo oficialmente al programa de expansión de sus instalaciones, con la colocación simbólica de la primera piedra de su nuevo campus, en área aledaña a las instalaciones tradicionales de la organización en la zona de Hunting Park, en Filadelfia.
