In 1999, Esperanza began acquisition of our now 10 acre site on North 5th St, home to our headquarters, Esperanza College, Esperanza Academy Charter High School, Esperanza EARN Center, and Pennsylvania CareerLink. By 2010, 100,000 of a total 300,000 square feet of warehouse space had been renovated, for an investment of over $12 million into the community. The institutions and programs housed in these facilities employ over 200 people, and are continuously being renovated as we grow. We also lease space in our building to several local small businesses and a health clinic.


Campus Development
We are currently renovating our main facility to expand Esperanza College with new classrooms, offices, student lounge space, and a chapel. We are also in the planning process for constructing a middle school, an audio and video recording studio, a blackbox theater/performance space, a gymnasium, and additional parking. These projects reflect over $20 million in development, funded by various public and private sources, and with generous support from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s RACP fund.
