We are the premiere Hispanic faith-based network in the country, led by visionary activists and thought leaders who understand the issues impacting Hispanic communities and act from a faith-based perspective.

We deliver programs and services in our local Philadelphia community, and we work with a network of over 12,000 clergy, churches, and community leaders across the country to strengthen Hispanic communities.

We are positioned between the Hispanic clergy, churches, and community, and our nation’s political and corporate leaders, with connections to both and providing unique access for each to the other.

We are entrepreneurial and opportunistic by nature, and we are able to nimbly respond to new priorities or issues in the Hispanic community. Our successes make us a premiere Hispanic philanthropy option for donor investment.

We are educators. Our approach to all of our work is educational. We do this through –

  • Building Hispanic schools/institutions;
  • Educating Hispanic churches and communities about issues that matter to them;
  • Educating nonprofit organizations about how to become better at what they do (best practices, infrastructure, sustainability);
  • Educating families toward self-sufficiency.

We are capacity builders. We work through our national faith network, implementing initiatives that help make Hispanic families, churches, and organizations stronger.

We are neighborhood revitalizers and economic developers. We do this through –

  • Real estate development – commercial and residential;
  • Housing counseling;
  • Commercial corridor support and development.

We are workforce developers. We help people learn job skills and find jobs.

We are advocates. We talk to local, state, and federal politicians, as well as world leaders, about how they can make better policies for Hispanic communities.  We give Hispanic faith and non-faith communities a voice, by providing the platform for them to speak to government on their own behalf.  We are one of the most relevant voices for the Hispanic community for BOTH faith and non-faith audiences.
