Job Title: Criminal Justice Specialist

Position Description: 

Esperanza College of Eastern University seeks a well-qualified candidate for the position of Criminal Justice Specialist. The Criminal Justice Specialist, reports to and assists the Dean of Esperanza College by providing overall guidance and planning for the Criminal Justice Program, including curriculum development, program quality assessment, general student advisement and services, community outreach and a part time teaching role for the Criminal Justice Program.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in the field of criminal justice; at least 2 years of administrative leadership experience; and instructional experience in a multicultural educational setting. Ability to operate in concert with, the Mission and Doctrinal statements of the University is required. Bilingual (fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish) preferred.
