Hispanic Capacity Project RFP 2010
As a participating organization in the Hispanic Capacity Project, you may apply for a sub-award! If your organization is not a participant in the Hispanic Capacity Project you may inquire about our training events, but cannot apply for a sub-award. For further information on the project you may call our office at 215-324-0746. To apply for a sub-award you must read the Request for Proposals (RFP) document, read the Guidance to Faith-based and Community Organizations on Partnering with the Federal Government, sign the Use of Federal Funds Certification Form, complete the sub-award application, and complete the Modified Budget Form. The sub-award application should be completed and submitted online.
