Basic Qualifications: 

Must be certified and/or have significant training and related experience in housing counseling and the home ownership process, real estate, low-income individuals, counseling and supportive services. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and solid organizational skills. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
