Education:
• Scholarships for high school students to advance experiential
learning internships or attending college
• Cataloguing and building up the Esperanza College library books collection
• Supporting future investments in a high school gym
Community Development
• Underwriting cost for counseling workshops
• Empowering local business owners to advance the marketability of our
neighborhood corridor
• Making new properties green friendly and affordable
Advocacy
• Support new initiatives such as our Climate Initiative or Immigration Work
• Communications and production of resources that are distributed
to agencies nation-wide
Workforce Development
• Many of our workforce services are available only to welfare clients. Esperanza
may use funds to expand services for non-welfare clients who are also in
need of quality training and job preparation.

• On-going resource development to equip Hispanic agencies
