Our mission is to help job seekers:
• improve work-related skills;
• become confident in their abilities to get and keep a job;
• find long-term employment so that they can become financially self-sufficient; and
• overcome barriers to long-term employment.
We accomplish our mission through:
• professional and personal development for job seekers;
• job-readiness training and career mentoring to job seekers;
• placement and retention services for clients;
• full-time job placement services for employers;
• tailoring job training to the needs of a specific employer, upon request; and
• providing language focused training tracks that support Spanish only speakers.
