Education
![]() Education is at the core of Esperanza’s mission, in everything that we do. We believe that education is the key to empowering communities to improve their conditions, and that education positions individuals and families to become economically stable and lead healthy, productive lives. Currently, we carry out that mission through the following institutions:
Esperanza is in the process of developing a 7-year growth plan to open several more schools, including K-8 institutions and a cyber charter school. In 2010, we contributed to a report compiled by the White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships that listed our schools as national best-practice models. In light of our success, we want to continue to grow so we can offer high quality educational opportunities to more young people in our home community and beyond. Read the White House report here.
