Esperanza College Spanish-speaking Math Adjuncts
| Job Title: Spanish-speaking Math Adjunct professors (i.e. class is taught in Spanish)
Position Description: Esperanza College of Eastern University seeks Adjuncts to teach courses in the area of Mathematics. These courses are taught in Spanish and include, but are not limited to the following subjects, Mathematical Ideas, Pre-Calculus and Calculus. Esperanza College is a partnership between Esperanza and Eastern University. It is located in a primarily Latino community in eastern North Philadelphia, just south of US Route 1, the Roosevelt Boulevard. Esperanza College offers a two-year liberal arts education culminating in an Associate in Arts degree with concentrations in Criminal Justice, Community and Human Services, Business, and Early Childhood Education. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Mathematics and college level instructional experience in a multicultural setting. Ability to operate in concert with, the Mission and Doctrinal statements of the University is required. Day and evening positions available. Compensation: $2,300 for instruction time and attendance at 3 faculty development workshops.
