The 2010 Esperanza Capacity Institute

In our ongoing efforts to continue serving the many Latino non-profit organizations around the country, we have created the Esperanza Capacity Institute (ECI).  This program, available once a year, is designed to provide 11 hours of capacity training over a two day span, to help faith- and community-based Latino organizations build a solid foundation for success.

The training, which is conducted by experienced non-profit leaders and experts, is intended for churches, non-profit organizations, and community-based organizations.

Participants will learn how to

  • Lead in challenging times
  • Design community ministries
  • Mentor at-risk youth
  • Provide foreclosure counseling
  • Understand the basics of project management
  • Build effective coalitions

And much more...

Who should attend?
Program directors, board members, Pastors, students, and other designated staff of faith-based and community organizations.
