The men and women enrolled in Esperanza’s Betances Job Training and Employment Program strengthen their financial outlook by acquiring the level of competence they need to secure long-term employment. This is a life-changing experience that quite often turns near despair into hope.

This six-month program provides special support for people whose primary language is Spanish. Betances combines the latest technology with hands-on instruction in the skills most in demand by today’s employers. Throughout the course, our trainers create real working environments that better prepare our job candidates to handle practical, on-the-job situations.

Through Betances placement service, our graduates find success in manufacturing, retailing, customer service, medical support or in office positions. Armed with a new level of confidence and a sense of pride in their accomplishments, interested Betances graduates go on to Esperanza College of Eastern University, a fully accredited two-year college affiliated with Eastern University, located on our campus in North Philadelphia.
